Refund policy

AtlasMuseCrafts specializes in handcrafted and custom-made Moroccan products, including copper vessel sinks, wooden boxes, furniture, and décor items. Each item is made or finished to order by our artisans.

🔄 Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue.

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • Or a refund (if replacement is not possible)

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or is incorrect:

  • We will remake or replace the item at no cost, or

  • Provide a refund if replacement is not possible.

In most cases, the damaged item does not need to be returned.

🚫 Custom & Personalized Orders

Because our products are handmade and often custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has started.

This includes:

  • Engraved items

  • Custom sizes

  • Custom colors or finishes

  • Made-to-order copper sinks, furniture, and wooden boxes

🚚 Shipping Delays

International shipping times may vary due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier delays

  • Local delivery conditions

Shipping delays do not qualify as defects, but we will always assist the customer until delivery is completed.

⏱️ Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
